Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Appointment and Booking System

By booking through ‘Writeupp’ your name, address, email, and phone-numbers, plus a record of your appointments, is stored on a database that only Embrace Therapies Ltd has access to. By booking this way you are agreeing to let us send you the odd email reminding you about your Physiotherapy Appointments and when new services or classes are coming up. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by using the link at the bottom of each email.

Personal and Medical Information

We ask everyone who attends an initial assessment for name, address, email address and phone-numbers. We also ask for next of kin details, GP surgery and if insured, authorisation code.

​

To be able to do our job as Physiotherapists, we need to ask you information about health conditions and injuries. It is very important you give accurate and current information to us, and keep us up-to-date with your state of health.

​

Medical notes are stored in a password protected file and on a password protected computer. They may be uploaded to our WriteUpp site.

​

We do not discuss you or any health information about you with anyone outside of our group.

​

We may ask your permission to talk or email your consultant, doctor, or other health professional if we think this would benefit your treatment. You would be entitled to see this correspondence if requested.
